Role Description The Servicenow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Technical Lead is a full time remote role responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Servicenow IRM solutions for enterprise clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into scalable IRM workflows and configurations, and ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and governance standards.

The Technical

Lead will oversee technical delivery, mentor implementation teams, perform code and configuration reviews, and drive best practices across Servicenow modules related to risk, policy, and compliance. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting complex issues,



optimizing platform performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing documentation and knowledge assets to support ongoing operations and enhancements.

Qualifications

- Strong Servicenow platform expertise, including IRM, GRC, Policy and Compliance, and Risk modules.
- Experience designing and implementing integrated risk management solutions, workflows, and data models.
- Proficiency in Servicenow scripting and configuration (JavaScript, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, integrations/APIs).
- Background in enterprise risk management, IT risk, regulatory compliance, or governance frameworks (e.g., ISO, SOC, NIST).
- Hands-on experience in technical leadership, including mentoring, code review, and solution architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional, and global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant Servicenow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-IRM, CIS-GRC) are highly desirable.
- Experience working with AI-driven or data-driven solutions and familiarity with enterprise environments is a plus.
