Key Skills:

- ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and customization
- Experience in one or more modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, ITAM, SPM, or related areas
- JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workflows, and REST/SOAP integrations
- Service Catalog, CMDB, Discovery, and Automation capabilities
- Requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and support
- Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

- ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancements, or support projects
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
