We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, scripting, and integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Workday/HRIS or ERP/ERM systems and be based in Bangalore.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, architecture, and technical implementation.
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect, with expertise in designing scalable enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, data structures, and platform architecture.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting, including business rules, script includes, client scripts, and related platform scripting.




- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods and technologies, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
- Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS platforms such as Workday and/or ERP/ERM systems.
- Robust understanding of enterprise integration patterns, security, and data exchange.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working on large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, architecture standards, and integration frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and integration teams.
