Job Summary The Service Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the service sales team in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating service agreements, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely execution of sales-related activities. The role acts as a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support
- Prepare and process service quotations, proposals, and contract documents.
- Coordinate with service engineers and operations teams for accurate pricing and service scope.
- Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and pending orders.
- Support service sales representatives in achieving business targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer inquiries related to AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
Contract & Order Management
- Process service orders and maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems.
- Track contract renewals and proactively engage customers before expiry.
- Ensure all service contracts and purchase orders are properly documented and archived.
Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate between sales, service, finance, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and service contract records.
- Generate periodic reports on quotations, orders, revenue, and customer activities.
Business Development Support
- Identify potential opportunities for service contract renewals.
- Assist in lead generation and customer engagement activities.
- Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives related to service offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in service sales coordination, customer support, inside sales, or related functions.
- Experience in industrial equipment, engineering services, HVAC, power generation, thermal services, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
Required Skills Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of service contracts, quotations, and order processing.
