We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our Ather Energy dealership in Erode.

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 3+ years in automobile service

EV Experience: Preferred / Advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day service centre operations and workshop performance.
- Lead and supervise technicians and service support staff.
- Ensure productive diagnosis, repair and delivery of vehicles.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure proper adherence to EV safety and service procedures.




- Monitor warranty claims, spare parts and workshop productivity.
- Track service KPIs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the OEM technical team for technical issues and escalations.
- Maintain high standards of workshop discipline, safety and cleanliness.

- Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of experience in automobile service.
- Experience in EV service will be an added advantage.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in managing a service/workshop team.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
