Service Engineer

Qualifications: Diploma / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science or related field

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems/equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Conduct routine service visits and preventive maintenance
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and technical support
- Train clients on basic operation and troubleshooting where required




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols

Required Skills

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software systems and networking
- Ability to travel to client locations as required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
