Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support and field service for EV charging equipment. The role will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and customer support to ensure high equipment availability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and on-site troubleshooting for EV chargers and related systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of charging equipment.
- Support installation, commissioning, configuration, and handover of EV charging stations.
- Diagnose electrical, electronic, communication, and system-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Respond to service requests and emergency breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate service reports, service tickets, technical records, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Manage service tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory.




- Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant engineering or technical teams.
- Comply with applicable safety standards, company procedures, and technical requirements.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, power electronics, field service, or after-sales technical support is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
- Good command of English, with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel for customer site visits and emergency service support.
- Able to work under pressure and handle urgent technical issues effectively.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
