Role Overview:
The Farm Machinery Engineer is responsible for repair and maintenance of farm machinery, such as tractors, AVR harvesters, planters, rotavators, boom sprayers & soil cultivators.
Key Responsibilities:
Make sure all farm equipment's are running smoothly, ready for use, and fixed quickly when there's a breakdown
.
Plan what machines are needed based on farm size, manage budgets and spare parts.
Train the team on how to use the equipment properly, and track costs to keep the farm profitable.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate with relevant experience.
- Experience: Hands-on expertise in operating, maintaining, repairing, troubleshooting, and field-servicing tractors and farm machinery.
- Positive communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with field teams, vendors, and farmers.
