Job Designation Service Executive

Location: Noida / Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate

## Experience Required

- Experience in servicing VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume), RA (Room Air Conditioning), and SA (Split Air Conditioning) systems.
- Hands-on experience in Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations.
- Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

## Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for VRV, RA, and SA systems.
- Handle AMC customer conversations, addressing service queries, complaints, and maintenance schedules professionally.
- Prepare and process AMC billing accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely invoicing.
- Follow up with customers for AMC renewals and ensure maximum renewal conversion.
- Educate customers on the benefits and importance of AMC, creating awareness about preventive maintenance and value-added services.
- Coordinate with service engineers and customers to schedule maintenance visits.
- Maintain service records, AMC documentation, and customer databases.




- Ensure timely closure of service requests and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Generate service reports and update CRM/ERP systems as required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and long-term service contracts.

## Required Skills

- Knowledge of HVAC systems, especially VRV, RA, and SA.
- Understanding of AMC processes, billing, and renewal management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Any Graduate.
- Relevant experience in HVAC service and AMC management.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally, if required, for customer visits and service coordination.
