We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can take ownership of our organic growth engine and help us build a strong, scalable presence across search.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands SEO beyond basic keyword optimisation and can connect SEO efforts with measurable business outcomes.

What will make you stand:

- Own and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy for Intervue.io across product, landing pages, blogs, and other organic acquisition channels.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SERP analysis, search intent mapping, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Drive on-page SEO including content optimisation, metadata, internal linking, URL structure, heading optimisation, and schema implementation.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirects, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and website performance.
- Build and optimise topic clusters, content hubs, product pages, comparison pages, integration pages, and other high-intent search assets.
- Work closely with content, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO is integrated into content and website initiatives from the ground up.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
- Analyse SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs,



Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
- Track and report key SEO metrics, identify trends, and turn data into actionable growth opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows for keyword research, clustering, SERP analysis, content briefs, competitor research, content optimisation, and SEO automation.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, AI search, evolving SERPs, and emerging SEO practices.
- Continuously test, measure, and iterate SEO strategies to identify scalable growth opportunities.

What are we looking for:

- 1–2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Robust experience working with B2B SaaS, technology, product-led, or similar businesses.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and link building.
- Strong understanding of search intent, topical authority, content clusters, internal linking, and organic growth funnels.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using AI tools and AI-powered workflows as part of your day-to-day SEO work.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with SEO data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to independently identify opportunities, execute strategies, and measure outcomes.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills.

What will make you stand out:

- A track record of taking a website or content category from low organic visibility to meaningful search growth.
- Experience with B2B SaaS SEO and understanding of SaaS search behaviour and buyer journeys.
- Experience with programmatic SEO, product-led SEO, comparison pages, integration pages, or scalable content strategies.
- Understanding of AI search / LLM-driven discovery and how SEO is evolving beyond traditional Google search.
- A portfolio, case study, or examples of SEO projects where you can clearly demonstrate the problem → strategy → execution → measurable outcome.
