Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer 2 to join our Cust Care Technology team and help build scalable, high-performance solutions across customer journey. This role requires strong expertise in Java backend engineering along with solid frontend development knowledge, enabling full-stack delivery for customer-facing and business-facing applications.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams to design, build, test, and support modern digital solutions in an Agile environment.
