We are looking for an SEO Content Writer who can understand the MakeForms product, turn product features into useful content, and write in a clear, natural voice.

About the roleThis role is a mix of content writing, editing, SEO research, and content planning.

A key part of the role will be rewriting AI-assisted drafts, older pages, and rough content so they sound natural, original, and written for real people. You will also create new blogs, landing pages, product pages, use-case pages, and other SEO content from scratch.

You will work closely with our product, SEO, and marketing teams. Over time, you should be able to understand MakeForms well enough to suggest strong content ideas without waiting for a full brief.

What you will do

- Rewrite AI-assisted content so it sounds natural, clear, and useful.
- Write SEO-focused blogs, landing pages, feature pages, comparison pages, and use-case content.
- Turn rough notes, outlines, and product inputs into complete articles.
- Research topics, keywords, search intent, and competing pages before writing.
- Create content briefs, outlines, headings, titles, and meta descriptions.
- Brainstorm new content ideas based on customer needs, product features, and search demand.
- Learn how MakeForms works and explain its features in simple language.




- Work with the product team to understand new features and updates.
- Review and update existing content to improve quality, accuracy, and SEO value.
- Add useful internal links and calls to action without making the content sound forced.
- Check facts, grammar, structure, and tone before submitting content.
- Use AI tools for research and drafting, while making sure the final content feels original and human.
- Follow the MakeForms writing style across all website and blog content.
- Review content results and use the findings to improve future topics.

What we are looking for
- Strong written English with a natural and clear writing style.
- Experience writing SEO content for SaaS, software, technology, or B2B brands.
- A good understanding of keywords, search intent, content structure, and on-page SEO.
- The ability to explain technical product features without using hard or confusing language.
- Strong editing skills, especially for improving AI-written or poorly written drafts.
- Good research skills and attention to facts.
- The ability to write from scratch with limited input.
- A good sense of what makes content useful, not just what helps it rank.
- Comfort working with product managers, SEO teams, designers,



and marketers.
- The ability to manage multiple pieces of content and meet agreed deadlines.
- Willingness to study the MakeForms product and understand its users.

Valuable to have
- Experience writing for a form builder, survey tool, CRM, marketing tool, or workflow product.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO platforms.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or another content management system.
- Experience writing product-led SEO content.
- Experience refreshing older content based on keyword and performance data.
- Familiarity with AI writing and research tools.

What success looks likeDuring the first few months, you should be able to understand the main MakeForms features, follow our writing style, and produce content that needs limited editing.

As you become familiar with the product, you should be able to suggest new topics, spot weak content, improve AI-assisted drafts, and create SEO pages that are useful for both readers and search engines.
