Wizard of HCM Private Limited is an independent HR technology education and training company. Our live programmes turn architecture, configuration and production-support practice into measurable learner performance through demonstrations, labs, controlled failures, troubleshooting and capstones.

We are hiring a Senior Workday Integration Trainer to lead a rigorous live virtual programme spanning Workday Integration architecture, Studio and Orchestrate. This is a remote role based in India, with delivery in agreed cohort windows that may serve international learners. The trainer must be a current hands-on practitioner who can explain design choices, build working integrations, trace failures and coach learners through safe recovery.

What you will own

- Convert the approved 12-module curriculum into measurable objectives, demonstrations, build labs, controlled-failure exercises, assessments, office hours and an end-to-end capstone.
- Teach tool selection across reports/RaaS, EIB, packaged connectors, Workday Web Services, Studio and Orchestrate. Explain when to retain, improve, wrap or migrate an integration.
- Build and troubleshoot all core scenarios using synthetic or authorized data, including logs, retries, partial success, reconciliation, deployment, rollback and support runbooks.
- Create and maintain original or properly authorized payloads, mappings, sample files, answer keys, rubrics, recordings or job aids, instructor notes and release-aware references.
- Review learner builds and capstones, diagnose misconceptions, provide accurate feedback and report progress, risks, incidents and curriculum improvements.
- Coordinate with HCM faculty so learners understand business objects, worker lifecycle, organizations, business processes and security dependencies before integration labs. However, Core HCM & it's associated modules will not be the Integration trainer's responsibility. The prospective students are expected to have basic understanding of Workday HCM (navigation, business objects etc.) along with familiarity with any programming or scripting language (helpful but not required).

Curriculum you must be able to teach end to end





- Integration architecture and tool selection, Report Writer, calculated fields, RaaS, data sources and WQL awareness, integration security and tenant administration.
- Inbound/outbound EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect and vendor patterns, Workday Web Services and APIs across SOAP, REST and RaaS.
- XML, XSLT, XPath and JSON transformation, Workday Studio essentials, advanced Studio and production support.
- Workday Orchestrate foundations, real-world Orchestrate patterns and Studio modernization, and an end-to-end capstone covering requirements, mapping, security, tests, deployment, observability, reconciliation and support handover.

Required experience and capability

- Usually 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration delivery, or equivalent evidence from at least two full-lifecycle deployments plus sustained production support.
- Deep current capability in EIB, Core Connectors/Cloud Connect, reports and RaaS, Workday Web Services, XML/XSLT/XPath/JSON, integration security and Workday Studio.
- Recent hands-on Workday Orchestrate evidence. You can build, secure, run, debug and explain at least two non-trivial patterns.
- Production engineering habits covering requirements, mapping, identifiers, pagination, performance, idempotency, retries, error handling, logs, regression testing, deployment, rollback, reconciliation, runbooks and incident learning.
- Strong understanding of HCM business objects ,business processes and security to connect across different Workday product lines, plus evidence of technical teaching, enablement, workshops or sustained mentoring.
- Professional English, reliable remote delivery setup and dependable availability for the agreed programme window, including preparation, learner review and faculty coordination.

Preferred evidence





- Current or prior verifiable Workday Integration/Studio/Implementer credentials or a relevant Workday Pro Orchestrate Developer credential where eligible. Credentials support, but do not replace, the practical assessment.
- Experience with PECI, PICOF, CCTPP or comparable vendor/payroll patterns. Identity or cross-SaaS integrations, international VILT, reusable components, source control or integration CoE practices.
- A sanitized architecture diagram, mapping, runbook, lab or short teaching sample that shows your own thinking without exposing customer or partner material.

Selection process

- There will be at least 3 rounds. First round will be the initial screening round. Second round will be more practical oriented and will judge how you really perform under pressure. It will also test your personality, whether you think ethically or not, and whether you are genuinely interested in training others. Third round will be with Kalyani who will assess the mutual fit between your aspirations and the goals of our organization.

- Shortlisted applicants complete an evidence screen, structured technical interview, a 35–40-minute teach-back and a 75–90-minute hands-on Studio/Orchestrate practical. Studio depth, recent Orchestrate depth, secure engineering and teaching capability are hard gates. There will also be psychological profiling done, through personality and ethical thinking tests.
