About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Senior Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating engaging video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, corporate branding, and promotional activities. You will play a key role in transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

- Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging short-form content including Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos
- Produce corporate videos, brand films, testimonials, and marketing creatives
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, animations, and sound design
- Ensure videos are optimised for different platforms and formats

Creative Direction

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand campaign objectives
- Develop creative concepts and storytelling approaches for video content
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all video assets
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats

Post-Production
- Perform colour correction, color grading,



audio enhancement, and final rendering
- Manage project timelines and deliver content within deadlines
- Orgourcolanize and maintain video assets, project files, and media libraries
- Review and improve video performance based on audience engagement metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 – 2.5 years of professional experience in video editing
- Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects
- Strong understanding of social media video trends and content strategies
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and creative editing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics

Preferred Skills

- Experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies
- Knowledge of AI-powered video editing tools
- Basic understanding of cinematography and video production
- Familiarity with YouTube optimization and social media analytics
