About The Role

Mio Design is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Lead to lead our video production and animation team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, animation, visual storytelling, AI-powered creative tools, and team leadership.

This role requires someone who can not only create high-quality video content but also mentor and manage a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, and Animators while ensuring timely project delivery and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

Creative & Production

- Lead the end-to-end video production process, including editing, motion graphics, animation, sound

design, and final delivery.
- Create engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, brand films, advertisements,

corporate videos, and performance marketing creatives.
- Develop visually compelling motion graphics, title animations, transitions and promotional content.
- Ensure consistency in visual quality, storytelling, branding, and creative standards across all projects.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Client Servicing teams to translate

campaign ideas into impactful video content.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, and Animators.
- Execute & Allocate projects, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.




- Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Establish workflows, processes, and best practices for productive project execution.

AI & Innovation
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and creative output.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in video editing, animation, motion graphics, AI-generated content, and digital storytelling.
- Explore innovative formats and technologies to improve content quality and engagement.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably within the advertising industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe

Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder etc.
- Strong expertise in Motion Graphics, 2D Animation, Reel Transitions, Kinetic Typography, Visual

Effects (VFX) Color Correction and Color Grading, Sound Design & Audio Synchronization etc.
- Strong experience of AI Video Editing Tools / software like Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, Midjourney,

Higgsfield AI, Kling, ChatGPT and Other AI-assisted video generation and editing platforms.
- Proven experience managing a team of Video Editors, Motion Graphic Designers, and Animators.
- Strong portfolio showcasing advertising campaigns, motion graphics, animation projects, and

digital content.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working for Automobile & BFSI Brands will be Preferred like- Shooting & Video Editing of
- Bikes & Cars etc for campaigns
