Expereince 3+ years Working Days: 5 Days Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST CTC: Up to 12 LPA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 Days' Notice Preferred Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage journal entries, AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Manage the General Ledger and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Communicate directly with US clients through email and calls.
- Review work and guide junior team members.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of client deliverables.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of hands-on US Accounting experience.
- Mandatory experience with M3 ERP.
- Good working knowledge of QuickBooks.




- Strong knowledge of the complete accounting cycle.
- Experience with reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
- Good English communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience working with US clients or US accounting firms.
- Able to independently manage accounting engagements.
- Valuable attention to detail and ownership.
