GoKite Tours & Tours LLP is seeking a customer-oriented Travel Consultant with 1–4 years of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B/B2C holidays, ticketing, and visa services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2B and B2C travel enquiries and understand customer needs.
- Recommend and sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Assist customers with visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Manage air ticketing and other travel arrangements.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and customer queries.




- Meet and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Experience in B2B/B2C Holidays, Visa Services, and/or Ticketing.
- Good understanding of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of GDS, travel portals, or CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
