Alethe Global(Startup) is looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Engineer. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in pole loading analysis using O-Calc or SPIDAcalc, Make-Ready Engineering(MRE), fibre network design, pole attachments, and technical design reviews.The role requires technical leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality engineering solutions while mentoring junior engineers and supporting project teams

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the engineering and design of telecommunications and fibre optic networks.
- Perform and review pole loading analysis for existing and proposed telecommunications attachments.
- Analyse pole capacity, cable tensions, wind loading, equipment loading, and other applicable structural loads.
- Assess existing pole infrastructure and determine suitability for proposed network deployments.
- Review field survey information, pole data,



attachments, span information, and site conditions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable utility requirements, engineering standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform technical quality checks and peer reviews of engineering deliverables.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, field teams, contractors, and clients.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers.
- Support project planning, estimating, scheduling, and technical delivery where required.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure engineering documentation is complete and traceable.
- Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, quality, and delivery efficiency.
