Role Description The Senior Technical Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to learners across various programs. This role involves designing and refining technical course content, creating training materials and assessments, and facilitating interactive classroom and lab sessions.

The Senior Technical

Instructor will evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learners through doubt-clearing sessions and mentoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with academic and product teams to align curriculum with industry trends, ensuring consistent training standards,



and contributing to continuous improvement of instructional methods and content.

Qualifications

- Strong background in technical training, with experience as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training programs.
- Expertise in Training & Development, including designing, delivering, and evaluating training interventions.
- Strong Communication and Training skills to facilitate engaging, learner-centered sessions and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Prior experience teaching technical subjects in higher education or professional learning environments.
- Ability to develop structured curricula, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with learning outcomes.
- Comfort working with digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and blended learning formats.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor adult learners and support diverse learning styles in an inclusive classroom environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and consistency in delivery.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting content to industry developments is an advantage.
