About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow to support a client engagement in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and the ServiceNow Platform, with particular strength in CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, HAM, and SAM.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and Platform.
- Work extensively on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations.
- Configure and maintain HAM and SAM capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows/flows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow technical issues and provide effective solutions.




- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, security, and performance guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
- Participate in technical discussions, requirement workshops, solution design, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ServiceNow Platform.
- Strong expertise in:
- CMDB / CSDM
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- HAM
- SAM
- Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge, including JavaScript.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
