The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst who will act as the key bridge between our clients and software engineering teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, interpreting tender and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, translating business needs into clear technical and functional specifications, and ensuring that software delivered by the engineering team remains aligned with agreed scope and acceptance criteria.

The role requires strong client-facing communication combined with a practical understanding of software development.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage directly with clients to understand business, functional and technical requirements
- Analyse RFPs, tender specifications and Statements of Work (SOW)
- Conduct requirement-gathering and clarification sessions
- Prepare SRS, BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria




- Translate client requirements into clear specifications for software engineers and technical teams
- Maintain requirements traceability against contractual deliverables
- Coordinate requirement changes and identify potential scope creep
- Work closely with developers, QA, UI/UX and project teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Coordinate client demonstrations, UAT, feedback and acceptance
- Support successful delivery, documentation and handover of software projects

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of relevant Business/Technical Analyst experience
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Experience with web/mobile applications, APIs, databases and system integrations
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira/Confluence
- Excellent analytical and technical documentation capabilities
- Ability to work independently with clients and engineering teams

Experience working on Government, PSU, defence, tender-based or large enterprise software projects will be an advantage.
