We are hiring Telesales Executives for outbound sales process for Noida Location. The role involves engaging customers over voice calls, promoting insurance-related products/services, handling queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound calls as per assigned process.

• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call quality, compliance, and documentation.

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

• Deliver professional and courteous customer interactions.

Candidate Profile / Eligibility
Minimum Non-technical graduate from recognized University
Both Fresher & Experienced Candidates can apply .
Age up to 35 years.
Positive command over English (Verbal & Written).
Versant Level 4 or 5 (Voice).
Robust customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Perks

Fixed Salary: ₹17,500 – ₹22,500 CTC (based on experience and interview performance).

Shift & Working Details
6 days working.
Rotational weekly off.
Male candidates: 24x7 rotational shifts.
Female candidates: 7 AM – 7 PM shift window.
