We are looking for a Female IT Support Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle client queries through calls, emails and chat.
Provide basic technical and remote support to clients.
Assist clients with software and ERP-related issues.
Troubleshoot basic computer, software and hardware issues.
Coordinate with the technical team for unresolved issues.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of software applications
Positive knowledge of computer fundamentals
Ability to provide remote support
Understanding of CRM/ERP software
Ability to handle client queries via call, email & chat
Solid communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & English - Basic)
Gujarati communication is mandatory
