· Supervise interior fit outs at project sites like modular kitchen/wardrobes.
· Ensure production as per approved AutoCAD drawings, measurements, and quality standards.
· Coordinate with factory, contractors, vendors, technicians, and clients.
· Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and timelines.
· Take and verify site measurements and contractor bills.
· Maintain daily work-progress records.
· Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
· Ensure proper site management and quality of workmanship.
