Job Summary

NetAmbit is looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter – Bulk Hiring to manage high-volume recruitment across multiple positions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large candidate volumes, conducting frequent calls and interviews, and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end bulk/mass hiring* for multiple positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.
Conduct resume screening and initial telephonic interviews.
Handle high-volume candidate calling and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business teams.
Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer-to-joining conversion.
Conduct and participate in walk-in drives and mass recruitment campaigns.
Build a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing requirements.




Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and hiring updates.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

1–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably bulk hiring/mass recruitment.*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
Target-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
Positive knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets.
Robust coordination and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
