Supervise and monitor civil construction work at residential/commercial projects.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and site teams.
Check quantities, measurements, BOQs, and material requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
Inspect RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, flooring, and finishing works.
Ensure proper use and quality of construction materials.
Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems.
Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, measurements, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable building standards.
Assist with cost control, billing, contractor payments, and material reconciliation.
Conduct snagging/quality inspections and support handover of completed properties.

Key skills: AutoCAD, MS Excel, quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, site supervision, quality control, project coordination, and knowledge of construction methods.
