M/S UNITECH, a Jamshedpur-based industrial supplier of pumps, pump spares, motors, valves, panels and allied industrial equipment, is hiring a Service Engineer for field service, inspection, troubleshooting, installation support and maintenance-related work.

The candidate must have prior experience in industrial service, maintenance, pump service, mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, or related field work.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit industrial customer sites for inspection, service and troubleshooting
Attend pump, motor and equipment-related service issues
Support installation, commissioning and maintenance work
Identify pump, motor, seal, bearing and spare-part requirements
Coordinate with customers for service updates and technical clarification
Prepare service reports after site visits
Support breakdown calls and urgent service requirements
Coordinate with vendors/OEMs wherever required
Maintain proper records of site visits, customer complaints and action taken




Assist the sales/service team with technical feedback and follow-up

Candidate Requirements:
ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or related technical field preferred
Prior experience in service, maintenance, troubleshooting or industrial field work is mandatory
Experience with pumps, motors, mechanical equipment or industrial maintenance preferred
Must be willing to travel for customer site visits
Should be comfortable with field work and industrial plant settings
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Basic computer knowledge for reports and documentation
Two-wheeler preferred
