Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to production, inventory, sales, and operations.
Maintain and update Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Monitor jewellery inventory, stock movement, inward and outward transactions.
Prepare reports for raw materials, finished goods, work-in-progress (WIP), and wastage.
Coordinate with Production, Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Finance teams for accurate data.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reconciliation of inventory and production records.
Track production orders, job work, stock transfers, and pending orders.
Generate reports on daily production, productivity, stock status, and order status.
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for correction and reconciliation.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support management by providing analytical reports and business insights.
Develop and improve MIS formats, dashboards, and reporting processes as required.
Maintain proper records of gold/silver jewellery inventory and related transactions.
Follow company SOPs and ensure timely submission of all assigned reports.
