Technical Support - Proto QualityA purpose driven role for you
The Technical Support is responsible for: • Ready to work on CMM Mitutoyo -in three shift basis.• 2D inspection of components and report generation w.r.t DWG and highlighting discrepancies• Sound knowledge of GD&T; parameters and Machine standards• Sound knowledge on CMM mitutoyo –MCOSMOS –CATP1000PS for 2D /3D programming• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of equipment and masters• Good knowledge of AUTO component Inspection• Handling of precise Measuring instrument like Bore gauges & micrometer• Software knowledge of AUTO CAD & CATIA • Good knowledge in 2D drawing reading, GD &T;• Knowledge in Kaizen preparation & 5sA Day in the life
• Recent Proto parts Inspection over cmm . • Vehicle Assembly • Clay model assly. • Mock up assly • M 1 Assly• Benchmarking• Skill DevelopmentAcademic Qualification & Experience
