Led end-to-end compensation cycle for employees including budgeting, simulation modeling, and payout execution.

Managed retention and internal mobility compensation decisions supporting talent movement and workforce

retention.

Partnered on Nomination & Remuneration Committee requirements ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Led HRIS automation initiatives improving reporting efficiency, analytics, and operational accuracy.

Conducted compensation benchmarking and policy design aligned with market standards and business strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

8+ Years of experience in Compensation & Perks/HR Analytics /HRMS system

Education Requirement:
- MBA (Full-time) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-School preferred.
