Position Summary

As an experienced Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting Saviynt operations, service delivery, and IAM platform stability.

Oversee day-to-day Saviynt operational activities, including incident management, root cause analysis, periodic access certifications, and compliance reporting.
Mentor junior team members and coordinate service delivery activities to support service level agreements and operational standards.
Manage and optimize platform operations by identifying process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support minor enhancements and focused implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design validation, and testing.
Lead client interactions for operational reviews,



service reporting, technical issue resolution, and support documentation.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
