Structural Engineer Tier 3 Role: Chief Engineering Manager / Senior Structural Design Engineering Manager Location: L&T; Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam) Responsibilities Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise and mega projects.
Review and optimize complex RCC structural systems.
Manage design deliverables using ETABS, SECURE, and STAAD.Pro .
Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards.
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues. ## Requirements 16-20 years of core experience in the structural design of high-rise buildings.
Advanced expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro .
