Hiring: Blue Yonder ESP Consultant – Semiconductor | LP OPT Solver

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) Consultant with strong Semiconductor industry experience and hands-on expertise in LP/OPT Solver-based planning.

Experience – 4 to 8 yrs

Location: Hybrid (Bangalore , Pune, Mumbai , Noida )

Key Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Blue Yonder ESP / SCPO
- Semiconductor supply chain & manufacturing planning experience
- Expertise in LPOPT Solver, optimization models, constraints, and solver tuning
- Strong experience in Supply, Production & Capacity Planning
- Additional experience in Factory Planning (FP) and Inventory Optimization (IO) preferred
- Experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA integration
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in solver validation, scenario analysis, UAT, and production deployment

Preferred: Blue Yonder certification/accreditation and experience with semiconductor fab/capacity planning.
