ROLE: TELECALLER

A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving calls to assist customers or promote company services. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing information about products or services, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive communication. Telecallers should have,positive speaking skills, and the ability to understand customer needs. They play an significant role in building customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Communicate with potential clients through calls, messages, and follow-ups to understand their property requirements and build strong relationships. Convert interested clients into qualified prospects by sharing relevant property options, answering queries, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

*Focus: Lead engagement → Requirement understanding → Property sharing → Follow-up → Prospect conversion.

Salary: 17k to 50k(Attractive incentives)

Timing: 10.00am to 6.00pm
