Key Responsibilities (2+ Years Experience)
Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate leads.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Explain products/services and resolve basic queries.
Maintain customer details and call records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare basic reports on calls, leads and conversions.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide regular updates.
