We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer (AI/ML) to design, develop, and implement data-driven and machine learning solutions for real-world business problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, data analytics, statistical modelling, machine learning algorithms, and large-scale data processing. The role will involve working across the AI/ML lifecyclefrom data collection and exploration to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.

You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex and diverse data into actionable insights and intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze, clean, transform, and explore large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Perform statistical analysis and identify meaningful patterns, trends, and business insights.
- Design, develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for business use cases.
- Implement appropriate machine learning algorithms based on business requirements and data characteristics.
- Develop scalable and maintainable Python-based data and ML solutions.
- Perform data visualization and exploratory data analysis to communicate findings effectively.
- Translate business problems into analytical and machine learning solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data in different formats.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to design, build, test,



and monitor reliable data pipelines.
- Contribute to the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of ML models.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate statistical and ML metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve model accuracy, scalability, reliability, and business impact.
- Document analytical approaches, models, experiments, and technical decisions.
- Stay updated with emerging developments, tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI/ML and data science.
- Work in an agile, collaborative environment to rapidly prototype and deliver AI/ML solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 5-10 years of overall experience in software engineering, data analytics, machine learning, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI/ML Engineer.
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models and algorithms.
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling and analysis of large datasets.
- Experience with data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, exploration, and visualization.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable business insights.
- Experience using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Data Engineers and Software Engineering teams.
