Duties and Responsibilities

- Ability to lead development of Salesforce and architecture assessment

- Ability to manage a team of Developers

- Proven success in applying a structured approach to analyze business problems and architect innovative technology-based solutions within the defined enterprise guidelines and standards

- Will be responsible for managing Salesforce CRM platform.

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Coordination with internal Cross functional teams & External Partners

- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

- Conduct Monthly partner reviews and team reviews.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- B.E in Information technology with 6-10 years of relevant experience

- Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer.

- Web Services development and experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData/Streaming, etc.)

- Knowledge of VisualForce,



Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience, SOQL Statements

- Robust knowledge of Object Oriented Analysis and Design, database design and software development lifecycle

- Understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Cloud, Communities and AppExchange / ISV solutions

- Need Experience in designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts and other standard Salesforce customizations

- Experience in defining enterprise architecture, mapping existing systems to it, and identifying and evaluating options to close gaps

- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor

- Management of Salesforce projects from start to finish using agile delivery approach

- Deep knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies

- Outstanding teamwork skills

- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
