About the Role

We’re Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Engineer/Lead

Required Skills

- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience developing Scoped Applications.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, configuration, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and related platform capabilities.
- Experience with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and workflows.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub and Spokes.
- Strong understanding of CMDB and Configuration Management best practices.




- Experience setting up and configuring MID Servers from scratch.
- Experience working with and customizing third-party ServiceNow applications.
- Solid understanding of Change Management and related policies and workflows.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to gather requirements and rapidly create POCs and solution prototypes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to provide technical recommendations based on prior implementation experience and industry best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and processes.
- Strong understanding of Change Management and related policies and workflows.
