Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce ATM technical development and integration with SAP CGTO (Cell Gene Therapy Orchestration) and SAP S/4HANA for cell orchestration processing.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong combination of technical development expertise and functional understanding to design, develop, and implement solutions aligned with business requirements.

The role specifically requires hands-on experience with Salesforce ATM and SAP CGTO.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM).
- Work on the integration of Salesforce ATM with SAP CGTO (Cell Gene Therapy Orchestration).
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce ATM and SAP S/4HANA for cell orchestration processing.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across Salesforce ATM and related integration processes.
- Configure and customize Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain technical components and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams,



and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues across Salesforce ATM and integrated systems.
- Ensure solutions align with business requirements and integration needs.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Salesforce and related technologies.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Advanced Therapy Management (ATM).
- Mandatory experience with SAP CGTO (Cell Gene Therapy Orchestration).
- Experience integrating Salesforce ATM with SAP CGTO and SAP S/4HANA.
- Solid understanding of cell orchestration processing.
- Strong Salesforce technical development and integration experience.
- Good functional understanding of Salesforce ATM business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
