Senior Salesforce Developer 4-5 years experience Department None : Senior Salesforce Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 4-5 years of proven expertise in Salesforce development and demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to join our dynamic team at CRISIL Ltd .

Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools Develop complex workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules to automate business processes Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom applications Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products as needed Use AI-Assisted Development Tools Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to accelerate code development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity Leverage AI capabilities for intelligent code completion, debugging, and deployment Apply AI-driven code suggestions and best practices to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable Salesforce code Use generative AI tools to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate unit tests, and create technical documentation Implement prompt engineering techniques to maximize the effectiveness of AI coding assistants Stay current with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation Evaluate and adopt new AI-powered development tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions Participate in technical design sessions and contribute to solution architecture Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Quality & Performance Ensure code quality through unit testing (minimum 85% code coverage) and comprehensive testing strategies Optimize application performance and scalability Maintain technical documentation including design documents, deployment guides, and user manuals Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives Required Qualifications Experience &
