We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Salesforce, along with hands-on experience in Agentforce, on a part-time basis. This can be a long term position for the right candidate.

Job Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Strong functional as well as technical knowledge of Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce solutions
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud business processes
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations and custom development
- Design, configure and implement Agentforce agents for sales, service, operational and other business use cases
- Experience with Agent Builder, topics, instructions, actions, guardrails and escalation workflows
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow
- Experience with Salesforce objects, relationships, validation rules, approval processes, reports and dashboards
- Strong understanding of Salesforce roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and security architecture
- Ability to determine when to use standard Salesforce functionality, Flow/automation, Agentforce or custom development
- Integrate Salesforce and Agentforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks and middleware
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder and Generative AI capabilities is highly preferred
- Experience grounding Agentforce agents using Salesforce CRM data, Knowledge, Data Cloud and external data sources




- Design and implement custom Agentforce actions using Flow, Apex, APIs and external services
- Experience with Salesforce data migration, integration, synchronization and data quality management
- Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions from both functional and technical perspectives
- Experience working directly with clients for requirement gathering, solution design, demonstrations and implementation
- Experience with Salesforce deployments, sandbox environments, version control and CI/CD
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce applications, integrations, automations and Agentforce implementations
- Salesforce certifications are a plus

Education/Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech. degree
- Robust understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices
- Strong Salesforce functional knowledge across CRM, sales, customer service and business workflows
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, APIs and integrations
- Hands-on understanding of Agentforce architecture, configuration, testing and optimization
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, grounding and AI agent concepts
- Ability to identify business processes that can be improved using Salesforce, Agentforce, AI and automation
- Ability to independently understand requirements and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients and business users
- Strong understanding of API integrations and enterprise application architecture
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows (PRs, code reviews)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear, proactive communication and reliable time management
- Strong analytical skills
