We are building a high-performance outbound sales engine and are looking for a high-agency SDR who wants to master outbound and play a key role in creating a repeatable revenue machine from the ground up.

This is not a passive inbound role. You will be expected to research accounts deeply, craft thoughtful outreach, and engage senior decision-makers through structured, multi-channel prospecting.

If you enjoy cold calling, account-based prospecting, and winning conversations with revenue leaders, this role will give you the platform to do exactly that.





What You’ll Do Generate Pipeline Identify target companies and decision makers within our ICP Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calls, personalised emails, Linked In engagement Book qualified meetings for the sales team

Account-Based Prospecting Build target account lists Run ABM-style personalised campaigns Research accounts deeply before outreach

Campaign Execution Build and execute outbound sequences Manage messaging experiments and A/B testing Track and improve response rates

Qualification Understand prospect pain points Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team Ensure high-quality pipeline generation

Data & CRM Discipline Maintain activity and pipeline in CRM Track outreach performance metrics Continuously improve messaging
