Assist in Implementation: Support the on-boarding and configuration of Medical Affairs Applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Client Support:
Provide support for clients, troubleshooting issues related to Medical Affairs applications.
Offer functional support in resolving application issues raised by customers as part of SCIMAX Support Desk
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation including user guides, process flows, and application configurations.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, developers, and stakeholders to deliver on project timelines.
Training: Help in preparing training materials and conducting training sessions for end-users.
Quality Assurance: Participate in all System validation activities such as IQ/OQ/PQ/MQ for drug safety solutions and author the validatio
