About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Multimedia Designer to manage end-to-end visual content creation for brand, marketing, and digital channels. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across both digital graphic design and video production (shooting, editing, and post-production), with a sharp eye for storytelling and visual quality across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for brand films, ads, and social media
- Own the complete video production lifecycle—from concept to final delivery
- Design high-impact static creatives, digital ads, and marketing graphics for online channels
- Capture cinematic footage using skilled cameras, lighting,



and audio setups
- Edit videos with strong narrative flow, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visual stories
- Optimize video content for different digital platforms and formats
- Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all video outputs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Videographer and Video Editor
- Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, and camera movement
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory) and cinematography (composition, lighting, camera movement)
- Strong storytelling skills, editing judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independen
