About This Role

MTBOSS Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale infrastructure and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of construction projects worth 50Cr+
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and contractors
Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial forecasts
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Requirements

B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with MBA preferred
8-12 years of experience in project management in construction
PMP certification mandatory
Experience managing projects of 50Cr+ value
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
