Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, and consultants
Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and bids
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions
Coordinate with project teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

MBA in Marketing / Business Administration preferred
3-5 years of BD experience in construction or real estate
Strong network in the real estate and construction industry
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively
