Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Relationship Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Senior Relationship

Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of key clients, acting as a trusted partner for wealth managers and investors using Yubi Markets’ platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending appropriate products and solutions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support, and monitoring account performance and satisfaction. The role involves conducting regular reviews and presentations, managing escalations, gathering client feedback to drive product improvements, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.

Manager will also contribute to relationship management processes, documentation, and best practices to support sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Solid client relationship management skills, with experience handling high-value or institutional clients.
- Solid understanding of financial products, wealth management, and investment concepts, or willingness to quickly develop this knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a focus on clarity and client satisfaction.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting client needs, market trends, and platform data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues and enhance services.
- Demonstrated capability to work independently, prioritize multiple accounts, and meet business targets and timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA, CFP) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in relationship management within financial services, fintech, or wealth management is highly preferred.
