Position Details Position: Senior Relationship Manager - Motor (Insurance) Department: Motor Insurance / Sales Salary: 30,000 40,000 per month Work Location: Paradeep, Odisha Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field Key Responsibilities Drive and grow motor insurance sales to achieve and exceed business targets. Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key dealers, agents, and channel partners. Lead and mentor junior team members to improve overall team performance.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the motor insurance portfolio. Oversee renewals, endorsements, and ensure high client retention rates. Provide end-to-end support to clients on motor insurance products and claims.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and share insights with senior management.



Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI regulations and company guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 10 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales is mandatory. Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, underwriting, and claims process. Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Well-established network with dealers, brokers, and channel partners in Odisha. Ability to mentor junior team members and drive collective performance. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
