Enhance customers’ satisfaction - Continuous reduction -R/1000 - Customer satisfaction -service resolution of field concerns -analysis Other req: Knowledge of automobiles and its various systems, Knowledge of important manufacturing processes, Body, paint operation and assembly Skills : Analytical skill, Interpersonal skill, Leadership, Decision making, Negotiation skill,
