Company Description Freedom Of Design is an architecture and design practice founded in 2011 by Principal and Director Srinandan Mohan, who holds a Master’s in Architecture from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL, London, and a Bachelor’s from M.I.T, Manipal. After working for over five years in England on award-winning projects, Srinandan returned to India to establish a studio that blends international design aesthetics with Indian sensibilities. Role Description This is a full-time, in office SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER role based in Bangalore Urban. The SITE IS NEAR BIDADI TOWN.

Project

Manager must have experience in handling HIGH-END PREMIUM RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS. KNOWLEDGE OF CIVIL, MEP, STRUCTURAL, INTERIOR FIT-OUTS IS ESSENTIAL.

The Senior Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of architectural and interior design projects from concept through completion. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, supervising site progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications. The role involves tracking procurement and logistics for materials, resolving project issues, and maintaining clear, consistent communication and documentation.

The Senior Project

Manager will also mentor junior team members,



support process improvements, and help uphold the studio’s design and execution standards. UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROJECT, CANDIDATE WILL BE OFFERED PROJECT BONUS. LONG TERM JOB OPPOTUNITY ATTACHED TO ARCHITECTS OFFICE ON VARIOUS FUTURE PROJECTS OF RESORTS AND OTHER LARGE VILLA PROJECTS.

Qualifications

- Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management and experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder design or construction projects or PREMIUM RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, drawings, approvals, and critical project milestones.
- Proficiency in Inspection processes, including site inspections, quality checks, and adherence to design, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability in Logistics Management to coordinate vendors, material flows, and site operations for smooth project execution.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience (typically 7+ years) managing architectural, interior, or construction projects, preferably in urban contexts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across disciplines.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, handle multiple concurrent projects, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED CANDIDATE AGE: 35-50 YEARS
